From Family Roots to Pet Boarding
Our story began on the land. Heather and Graham have spent much of their lives farming and caring for animals, giving them a genuine understanding of animal behaviour, wellbeing and the responsibility that comes with looking after them.
Moving into pet boarding was a natural extension of that lifelong love of animals. Today, together with their daughter Robyn, they bring that same hands-on care and commitment to every dog and cat staying at Alpha Lodge.

For pets staying seven days or longer, Alpha Lodge provides a complimentary bath before they head home. Additional grooming services can also be arranged on request when booking.
